The most helpful Sales person went above and beyond for us

A lady called Paula made our experience very easy and enjoyable. Paula's product knowledge was very impressive and gave us great advice as we went about purchasing our sofa.

The service by Paula was great & the delivery was fast….
The delivery guy was great too but my hubby had to take the couch apart again as the power for the console wasn’t connected and with one of the speakers the cable is faulty.

Well the experience institute was fine but after that it was so poor. You cannot call the store and getting a reply from the lady who sold us the suite is just impossible. Never again and we haven’t fully paid for our suite yet or received it. €5 k we are spending. Or maybe we won’t! Keith 086 8731180

Had a great experience in DFS store Cork.
Spoke with salesperson Eoin, who had great knowledge of all stock and was very patient didn't feel a bit rushed. We were looking for a specific type of sofa and he explained that some of showroom models can be modified to different specifications. Talked through all aspects including purchase options, delivery and aftercare.

Owen did a great job, was friendly and quick.

Was a fabulous experience Paula and I unfortunately have forgotten the guys name that was also helping but they were great talked me through everything I was very confident leaving the store that I had chosen the right couch for my family and I and I couldn’t reccomend them enough!!

Firstly, the staff member Orla, in the Mahon Cork Store, was absolutely amazing. Really lovely to deal with. Great variety in store, although I knew what I wanted before I went in. What I loved was that Orla made good suggestions by chatting. So 10/10 top marks, I purchased & I'm delighted 😀

We dealt with Joe, he was very nice, very accommodating, give us all the information we needed and all the help he possibly could.

The people working in the DFS store i purchased my couch from were very helpful. I had to go back to the store a few times until i made the right decision and the staff there gave me lots of useful info about the couch i finally decided on. They told me about the different options i can have on this particular couch and informed me about their care package which offers a 5 year guarantee. I decided on the care package in the end which gives me reassurance that incase i have major spills or whatever, that its all covered and they will look after it asap especially as i went for a cream colour sofa.

I am really looking forward to the sofa when it arrives.

Took 3 trips to store to finally choose the right suit for us. Dealt with Paula each time and she was excellent and walked us through each suit, it’s pros & cons for us as a family in the confined space we had.

Very good service and wide range to choose from.

Your sales rep’s name was Eoin . He was very professional in aspects of his work. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant, kind and understanding. He never rushed us and answered every question we asked. He is excellent at his job and has the necessary skills to provide customers with a very pleasant experience shopping at DFS in Mahon Point Cork (I would rate Eoin 11 out of 10). Staff super helpful, especially Maeve. The whole process was simple, seamless and she explained absolutely everything so thoroughly.
