Good selection of sofas to choose from. Will was very helpful and informative without over bearing or pushy. Great service. Got a good price and left very happy with our selection.

Staff were very helpful allowing us to find a bed and mattress which would really work for our budget and needs. Staff member was extremely friendly and we enjoyed our time searching for the bed with her advise.

The sales woman was very polite and professional. She explained every clearly, listened to what we wanted and arranged everything quickly and easily. She explained the options without pushing us to take out anything extra but she did explain the benefits to the covers available so we felt well informed.

Hopefully the delivery time will be honoured and we will have our new sofa in 2 weeks time.

From the minute we walked through the door we felt at ease we were approached by lovely members of staff who welcomed us to the store asked if they could help but as soon as we explained we wanted to just have a look round they left us to it with no pushing with questions or bother and that was exactly what we prefer, after a good look round we caught the attention of Steve asked him a few questions about items we were interested in and he was absolutely amazing new exactly how to answer our questions and concerns he had perfect knowledge and we couldn’t of been happier and we were able to order the chairs we wanted and they are to be delivered within a week which was an extra surprise as our last sofa we ordered from a different store took three months we wish we had shopped with DFS before. If you’re looking for amazing service and products go to DFS in Coventry and ask for Steve. Thank you DFS for having this guy on your team 5* A+ and more.
