Harveen provided great customer service over multiple visits eventually leading to a purchase. She was extremely helpful with customising and providing options.

I was looking to replace an armchair…
I was looking to replace an armchair originally from DFS manager not only knew my original sofa but also knew I wouldn't get the same. He suggested getting something totally different but in keeping which really helped me to decide he was very knowledgeable and helpful
