So call the sofa 1/2 is twisted making…
So call the sofa 1/2 is twisted making loads of noise they’ve been up three times and trying to say currency for 15 years and it’s still not right. I’m having to go down to the DFS warehouse to confront them today. I’ve got the right arm they are they abuse my mental health and made me ill.

I found the lady was really helpful she went through the breakdown of everything what colour we could choose from what fabric weather foam or fibre was good for us she offered drinks more then once overall we was very satisfied with are experience i would give her a 10/10 very lovely person who makes u feel comfortable with your choice

Great experience shopping at dfs Croydon. The sales advisor was really helpful and patient. She gave us plenty of space to browse and test out different models. When it came to place the order, everything was explained clearly. Excellent customer service.

Positive sales experience at DFS
The sales assistants were attentive and helpful. They were able to answer any questions we had. We appreciated how they took the time to check the order was correct on multiple occasions. This attention to detail is important and hopefully means there will be no hiccups at a later stage. We had our young son with us and the sales assistants were very accommodating of this. The true test will obviously be in the delivery and quality of the furniture but it was an efficient and friendly sale.
