Outstanding customer service.
Great choice of furniture. Pleasant setting to walk round. Was greeted in arrival then left to my own devices after being told where things were to be found. Don’t get pestered but staff were never far away. Young man who eventually dealt with me went out of his way to show me what I wanted and let me test out certain features. Very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.

We have bought several sofas from DFS over the years. Our much loved sofa in our conservatory is starting to show signs of age - so we needed a new one. Yesterday we found one we liked. April did a good job supporting us.

good customer service
its a really large showroom with a large number of sofa to choose from. it give you an overall experience of material, comfort, size and other features. so its easy to choose what we want and how we want it in terms of material, colour , size and orientation.
