Great shopping experience
James gave us a little time to browse first, then approached us to explain the outlay of the store. He then gave us more time to browse and when we had finished browsing he then came to help make our choice. He came across very polite, knowledgeable and friendly

Elaine was absolutely fantastic talking both Andrea and I through the purchase of our new Sofa today. Elaines knowledge and expertise shone through with every question we had. Honesty and integrity was evident with everything we done today, this coupled with a lovely warmth, she's a genuinely lovely girl. James was brilliant and v helpful in all his dealings with us. Attentive, knowledgable and enthusiastic which made the process enjoyable and easy. There is a warm and welcoming atmosphere and I felt the culture is one of putting the needs of the customer first.
We are thrilled with our purchase and the Arizona Fabric is to die for!!
