Great experience from DFS
We spoke to Lee who was very helpful and really easy to talk to . He was able to answer our questions and advise us on what we were after in a sofa.

Poor customer service.
My partner and I were served by Michelle. Throughout the whole process, she came across as very patronizing and condescending, and we felt as though she was talking down to us. Towards the end, when she asked about our jobs, the way she acted changed and she began to speak to us normally and feel as though we were spoken to initially like that due to looking young. Very poor customer service and I can honestly say I've never been spoken to like this.
I did email the store manager who dealt with my complaint and reassured me it would be looked into.

Paisley made our experience!
We half knew what we wanted but she was just brilliant at helping us choose, she was super thorough and did well to keep me sure of what I wanted as I am rather impulsive!! Thanks Paisley.
Store is well laid out, we didn’t feel pressured or pounced on the whole time we were there either.
