Tracey was amazing, she was warm.personable and professional, she was very informative and able to answer our questions, this is the second time we have bought sofas from dfs,the quality is good so they last for a good period of time

Great service
We spent ages in the store trying to decide which sofa suited us and Gary who was looking after us was very patient and helpful. Eventually we chose and everything was easily sorted.

when we went in the sofa we originally wanted to look at wasn't at the store We were patiently shown other corner sofas and came away with the perfect sofa fir our family

Excellent customer service
when called in branch given plenty of time to make our decision of sofa choice without been approached before we were ready.
Tracy who then dealt with us was very informative with all details clearly given and explained before proceeding with purchase.
