Great service from a knowledgeable member of the team

Really helpful, very polite, couldn't have asked for anything else.

The member of staff who guided us through the chairs, their functions and sizes. He was relaxed, friendly, totally at ease: more like a friend than a salesman. He knew his products very well. I commend his social skills and sense of humour.

Very good not too pushy but extra things were offered but didn’t feel pressured

The staff member was very knowledgable of all the products that we were interested in. He explained the Finance arrangements clearly and made us fully aware of the procedure from order to delivery.

I wasn’t hounded when I walked i was asked if I needed anything then left to look around. They have a good range of prices for the sofas which were affordable. Staff were lovely and very helpful. I dealt with Gary who was very patient and also even helped me with ideas. Would definitely recommend!

Easy to choose no hard sale what we asked for we got

Visited your Eastbourne store today to have a look at sofas. Very impressed with the selection on offer.
Ended up buying a three seater sofa plus a cuddle chair. The staff were very helpful and not at all pushy.
We were very well looked after by Emma.

Jason was our salesperson earlier today He was very helpful without being pushy. He gave us plenty of time to consider our purchase but was there immediately we wanted his attention.

Thank you Tracy for making the proof a new chair so easy and uncomplicated. She explained everything to me in plain language and made sure I understood. A really good experience.

We visited the store on Sunday 24th and my husband and I were sitting on a sofa we liked.
A colleague approached us and started asking us question about what we want / need etc in a sofa . We then asked about a bundle they were offering in the sofa and Emma went through it with us.
We liked what she did as previous when we’ve looked we have only ever been asked if ok and need help. So we fill that the service we got fr Emma was good .
We went home and talked about it and looked on the website. We valued the store again on Monday 25th and Emma recognised us which was nice and we told her we’d like to talk about the bundle.
Emma gave us time, answered all the questions and while waiting for info to come through Emma asked about our day which made it nice and personal

We had Matt who was a member of the sales team, who was absolutely fantastic. This was my partner's and my first time buying furniture for our first-ever house. My partner can be quite anxious, but he was so welcoming and made us feel at home. He kindly listened to our situation and advised us on the best for our home. If it were a rating out of 10, we'd give him 20, and we will definitely go back there again!

Emma Crawford was very helpful. We was not rushed and we was given plenty of information.

I was at the Eastbourne Showroom. And was greeted upon arrival by Matt. He explained the layout and I was free to wander about without being hassled. I chose the sofa I liked and we went through the payment terms and any add ons. Again letting me make my choices and not putting on any extra sale pressures. Overall a good shopping experience headed by a good salesman.
