Staff in store were very helpful

Great open and honest conversation, answering questions in detail, friendly service.

We were made welcome when we arrived and any questions I had about the chairs and sofas we were looking at were answered by Tracy who assisted us with our order. A good experience.

The thing I like was the fact we could browse uninterrupted at the many sofas without being pressured the staff was always visible if we needed assistance or a question answered this made it a much better experience and when we were ready to engage in a purchase the staff member was very friendly and the whole process went off very smoothly

Really good initial conversations with Gary then when we returned and he wasn't on duty, Tracey really did a super job of talking with us and explaining everything. Great customer service.

Great experience at DFS Eastbourne over the last week. I visited several times and each time the staff were friendly, helpful, patient… never pushy. Their knowledge of the products was reassuring. They were happy to highlight potential downsides to specific sofa choices based on my lifestyle info I told them.

Good service . Friendly. Just a bit too pushy on selling after care. Trying to sell something I didn’t want. Nearly walked out.

Gave me time to think it over, with no constant rush to get a sale..
Just don't like the delivery charge added as an extra... as it is not an extra in my mind, when there is no other option that can be taken.
Just add the price to it with free delivery.

She listened to what I actually needed, showed me options that genuinely suited my space and budget. She was patient with all my questions about fabric and delivery, honest with her answers, and she kept me updated exactly when she said she would.

We brought a new sofa today from the DFS in Eastbourne. It was just so easy, the staff were brilliant. So helpful and informative. Gary guided us through every step of the way explaining the different styles and help us choose the configuration that suited us best. Explained everything we needed to know. It was great. Would definitely recommend and use again without thinking twice.

Excellent customer service . Emma answered all our questions and more besides . Was helpful and cheerful through out . The store layout was very thoughtfully laid out making it is to select our item .
