Fantastic customer service, very friendly, listened to what we were asking then gave us all the information that we needed, gave us time to have another look to make sure we would be happy with our choices, then Ryan explained our payment options & went over everything with us before we agreed to everything would definitely recommend as friendly approachable staff

Good honest customer service. Faruk at your Edinburgh Milton Link branch listened to what I wanted and paired me with my ideal sofa. While he offered the add ons he was obliged to, at no point did I feel there were high pressure sales tactics at play. Proper gentleman - engaging & courteous with good product knowledge.
