I visited DFS Enfield near to closing…
I visited DFS Enfield near to closing time on a Sunday. The customer service was very welcoming and exceptional. Molly her colleague stayed over an hour and half later to make sure our sale went through. The Manager supported the process to go ahead after closing time. We were treated with utmost personalised care. Waiting for delivery!!!

I had a lovely experience with the sale representative.
I had a lovely experience with the sale assistant. She had a full knowledge of the products and the needs of the customer.
She explained and showed us the different types of furnitures and the different selections.
She was friendly, helpful and full knowledge.

Excellent customer service from DFC I was served by a very nice gentleman called Hassan, who was extremely friendly, honest and helpful.
I would definitely recommend DFS to anyone looking to buy nice sofas at an excellent price.

The lady who was my sales person, her name was Ice she was really amazing. Excellent customer service for me went above and beyond.. wasn’t rushed I took my time making sure I chose the right sofa which I did. Extremely friendly, very knowledgeable great asset to your company.
