I thought I had bought a sofa. Needed to check measurements and speak with DFS. Got stuck in chatbot, it closed the conversation. Terrible. Will cancel my order

Excellent service and advice at the store in Exeter. No cheap sales pitching or pushyness. Very helpful and got me to where I needed to be in what I was looking for.

We were helped by Matt who was very friendly (and good with our manic 3 year old!) He was the perfect salesman who helped us choose the perfect sofa for our family, and he knows a few good jokes too!

Very happy with the level of service we received, and we are looking forward to having our new sofa delivered!

Marcus made our experience easy, we told him what we wanted and how we wanted it and he pointed us in the right direction. Then he talked us through the material options and extras to get exactly what we were looking for. We never felt rushed or hassled like a lot of salesman are.

Marcus was very friendly and helpful. We were given the space to walk around on our own, didn't feel pressured into buying anything. Originally we had planned to just look and get an idea of what kind of sofa we would want, but we found the perfect one - as well as a matching footstool and a coffee table! All the staff were great, good service and great products. We are very happy and are looking forward to our new sofa!

We went in the first time and was helped by Kelsey. She was very well informed about her products, very helpful re sizes of sofas and gave very sound advice. She was helpful but not pushy. We went home to do final checks and arranged to go back to buy two sofas on one of her working days. She is a credit to DFS. Knows her product and quickly gets to know her customers.
