Great sale and handy with finance

I went in to order my new sofa and Michelle came over and went through everything in detail with me, She was great to deal with. Thank you :)

I had a great experience today at DFS thanks to Ben. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, approachable, and really knowledgeable without being pushy. He took the time to understand what I was looking for in a sofa, talked us through the options clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and relaxed.

Ben was patient with all our questions and gave honest advice, which we really appreciated. The service we received made the experience even better.

Highly recommend asking for Ben if you’re shopping at DFS — excellent customer service all around.

Really good experience at DFS. I visited a couple of times while choosing a sofa, and the staff were very helpful throughout. Katrina took the time to explain everything and show me the different options, and Jaden was great when helping me choose the color and final details. We went through the order carefully and confirmed everything properly, which made me feel confident I was making the right choice. Overall, a really positive experience.

We visited dfs in Galway today and help was offered to us so fast and so courteously in a non intrusive way. Joanne was so helpful and attentive to our requirements even demonstrating how to open a sofa bed to us. The store layout was superb and we were even offered tea or coffee. We purchased a 3 seater and a 2 seater which were so comfortable and will arrive in the next 6 to 8 weeks. Very fast and efficient service. We would definitely buy from dfs again and will recommend dfs to everyone we know purchasing furniture.

They have a great range of couches with a good variety of prices. Almost all couches can be tailored by size and colour. Staff are incredibly friendly but don't do a 'hard sale' they give you loads of time and don't cause you to feel pressured which causes you to Want to give them your business.
