Nikki @ TollCross is an asset
My visit to the Tollcross store was fantastic. I spoke with Nikki who was extremely helpful and professional. She provided an amazing service from start to finish. Her knowledge of the products and fabrics were first class. Since starting this journey on purchasing a new sofa this was by far the best experience that I have received (started 18months ago). I look forward to taking delivery in the knowledge that I will be satisfied and looked after.

Nikki in Tollcross Branch
Nikki in Tollcross Branch was amazing. Nothing was too much bother. She explained everything in relation to suite and pre sales and post sale service after looking for a new suite for months the final journey after spending time with Nikki was seamless.

Very happy with the service I was given. Was greeted at door by Jamie who was very professional and made me feel at home and gave great advice. Great customer experience all round. I would definitely recommend dfs to family and friends
