Staff member Nikki was excellent
Member of staff Nikki couldn't of been more helpful. Told her what we were looking for and showed us around explaining about beds and mattresses. Purchased a bed and mattress and paperwork done within 10 minutes, quick and efficient. Very happy with Nikki, she was great

My experience was excellent from start to finish. The ordering process was straightforward, communication was clear. I particularly appreciated how smooth and hassle-free the entire process was. The quality of the chairs and other items met my expectations, and the overall customer service made the experience even better.

We had our suite delivered on…
We had our suite delivered on 18/07/2026 (Order Number 69ZDT7480) after a few days we noticed that one of the seat pads on the sofa had insufficient padding which left the seat sagging and the material wrinkling.I contacted customer services and sent photographs showing the problem. A technician was sent out and a piece of foam underneath the springs.The next day I received a phone call from the store manager informing us that there was no fault with the 2 seater sofa. I have since had a second phone call from the same manager stating we would have no further correspondence from DFS regarding our complaint.Why would a DFS Technician spend hours in my home stripping down the base of the sofa and fitting thick foam underneath the springs if they deemed the unit had no faults.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. We do appreciate any feedback and I am really sorry to hear you’re not happy with the furniture or the service received. I can completely understand your concerns if the goods received were not as anticipated, this is very disappointing to hear.
As your items do come with certain warranties when a fault is highlighted our service engineers will aim for a first touch resolution every time. Our service engineers are upholstered by trade and all repairs are done to a factory standard.
I have raised this with the relevant team and I have asked the team to contact you to discuss this further.

I had a great experience at DFs
I had a great experience at DFs. I went in with my measurements, got exactly what I was looking for, and within a short time I had purchased my new couch. I can’t wait for it to arrive!
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful from start to finish, making the whole process easy and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend shopping here.
