DFS Furniture - Grantham レビュー 

Had a very positive experience at DFS Grantham, we wanted to have a good look around the available sofas without any sales staff breathing down our necks and the staff respected our wishes.

When we were ready to talk to someone, we didn't feel under any pressure at all and the purchase was a pleasant and straightforward experience.

This is the second suite we have bought from DFS and the last one lasted 12 years so hopefully this next one will be of similar great quality!

Good range , helpful staff , offering the product I was looking for at a reasonable price.
Not impressed by the ‘Ryan Air’ type extras menu i.e delivery , cushion content , guardsman etc.

Excellent service ... very well looked after by the sales advisor who made sure we knew what we buying and all the aspects of the purchase. We now await the delivery...

Big thank you to Paige today for her time, expertise and warmth whilst thinking about buying another sofa. She was very engaged and knowledgeable about all the products and services. She wasn’t pushy and seemed to take a genuine interest in what we were buying, the space it was going into and how it would fit our lifestyle. Made the whole process feel much more smooth and enjoyable. Would very much recommend buying in store than online, and if in store, then having visited many DFS branches - Grantham stands out for all the right reasons.

Great selection, friendly sales team that arent pushy and leave you alone to browse. Yet able to assist when required.

We popped into DFS Grantham and was met by Chloe .
She was extremely helpful but certainly not over powering and was happy for us to have a look around the showroom and told us that she would be on hand to ask any questions,
We left the store and came home to take some measurements and Chloe had emailed us the price of what we were looking to buy which made it soooo much easier once we were ready to place the order
We ended up ordering a 4 seater along with a 3 seater and ex large bench

The buying experience was good and, hopefully, the products will meet expectations.
The only gripe I have is the £179 delivery charge. Spending nearly £4K, I would expect items to be delivered free of charge.

Large showroom and helpful staff. I found the range of furniture available very good. All the staff were very helpful, initially asking if I wanted help and then backing off until I had questions and wanted to place an order. Everybody was so friendly and knowledgeable.
