I visited the store a few times and I personally requested for her. I got the product I wanted and I'm happy with my overall experience ☺️

Kerry was informative, attentive friendly and caring (a paper cup.of cold water in the heatwave).3 previous assistants had also been helpful and realised I needed to take time to be sure of my purchase.

Natalia (hope I spelt that right!) was fantastic. Great customer service, chatty and made us feel at home. We had been looking at a sofa for about 4 months and kept coming back to it, she took our details and has been really supporting us getting exactly what we were after. I had come in the previous week and she had been really helpful even though I had a lot of questions and was finding it hard to decide on chairs and dimensions. We made an order via store - floor worker and manager were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was delivered around expected time right to my lounge and set up according to our prior order promptly. Quality of sofa is very good (we have been using it since last 7-8months with an active toddler) alongside its perks of electric recliner and charging port is a cherry on top. Overall, we loving it.

We recently purchased the Harlan 2-Seater and 3-Seater sofas from DFS, and we couldn't be happier with the experience.

From the moment we walked in, the staffs were incredibly welcoming, courteous, and attentive without ever feeling pushy. They gave us plenty of space to browse while remaining on hand to answer all our questions.

What really stood out was how thorough they were in explaining sofa maintenance. They gave us clear, practical advice on how to properly care for the leather at home to keep the pieces looking brand new for years to come.
