The customer service I received in this store was fantastic. Kerry was brilliant from start to finish, patient, friendly, and really took the time to explain all the options available to me, as well as offering aftercare advice so that I get the most out of my new sofa.

Karima was very friendly and happy to answer any questions or concerns I had. Everything was explained to me in detail making my purchase quick and easy.

Service was great in terms of talking us through the options. Can provide more once it has been has been delivered.

I was very pleased with the service received (Mo - Sales Advisor). He was very professional, friendly and understood what I wanted, he explained all I needed to know about the Nevara suite that I wanted, guarantees and care of product.

Within a short space of time Tom & I had a good rapport, told him what I was looking for & he showed me my choices, he asked about budget, purpose, size, long term appearance/wear, colour, level of comfort & delivery access amongst other things, Tom's thorough which helped my decision. Now the sofa needs to arrive & absolutely needs to knock the ball out of the park for myself & family. Lets wait & see.

Absolutely first class customer service. We were greeted on arrival in the store by Shazz who asked if we needed any assistance. She was helpful and professional and made some very useful suggestions about what we could achieve in our home space. She was friendly and went the extra mile to help us make the right choice but giving us the time and space to be satisfied with working through the various options. She was patient and thorough in her explanations. It was a pleasure to have her assistance. Also we spoke to the manager who was equally friendly and helpful. I haven't been to a dfs store in years but have purchased there before. Shazz offered such a positive experience that I would highly recommend.

The customer service is excellent and the atmosphere is very good

We had such a great experience at DFS in Greenwich. All the staff were lovely but particularly Shaz, who spent the time to talk us through the best options for sofa beds including demonstrations of how they work.
The customer service at this store is unmatched and we have left with the perfect sofa for our needs on order!
I would also commend this store on its accessibility, having a lift enabled me to get to the second floor with zero difficulty.
