We chose a lovely sofa to suit our budget.
The only minus was the price of the delivery charge, I can only think it’s because it has to travel far.
Having said that I’m pleased.

Nicely laid out shop with very friendly and helpful staff

We had been looking to replace our sofas for some time and visited numerous retailers. Many products on offer are very similar but the difference here was the very knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. Every question was answered in detail, which gave us confidence in the product. At the same time we didn't feel pressured in any way.

Straightforward purchase online filling in store visit and helpful staff members. Waiting for my delivery now - all looks on track. Haven’t got the product yet so can’t speak to the quality yet.

I would definitely recommend Guildford DFS they are friendly and they explain everything to you and also get somebody else in to make sure the order is right and they are not pushy either. Thanks again

A very pleasant experience with no real pressure selling - just the information to make an informed choice, that I like, A*.

The in store experience in Guildford was poor. Being a "big company" seemed to be an excuse for inflexibility. I then established that this "big company" did not accept American Express, not unusual until you realise that they do online. The sales person assumed they knew things when it wasn't actually the case. At another store, the staff seemed too busy marking up sale items to offer assistance.
