Great customer service, everything explained clearly and a very easy experience

Excellent attention, detail and support from salesperson. Loved the selection of furniture available and felt really supported. Whole experience was easy and swift

I went to DFS Guildford on Saturday not knowing really what I would like, there I met Arjun.

He was extremely helpful without being pushy at all gave us time to look at all options and explained everything very clearly.

We left without ordering a sofa was we just wanted to “look around” I soon went back and places the order with Arjun the day later and he was such a great help.

He was very knowledgeable and double checked everything before any transaction was made. Can’t wait for my new sofa!

Great service and good information given

We visited the Guildford branch in October and Raiyan was friendly and gave good advice. After visiting numerous other furniture stores including other branches of DFS, based on the product on offer and our experience with Raiyan we chose to return to the Guildford branch for a final check on the ranges and make our purchases. Again, Raiyan was very helpful and personable.

Josh helped us today. Josh is knowledgeable of his products and offered good advice. Josh gave us the help and information we needed but also time to make decisions without being rushed. Excellent service from Josh. A very pleasant first experience. I hope the delivery goes just as smoothly

Amazing sales service from David, made it really easy to work through the process and looking forward to getting our couches.

We were not at anytime told that a compulsory £99 charge would be made for delivery. There is no advice within the store or on any cost labels on the furniture. Mentally we had committed to purchase the sofa and I didn't want to upset my Wife so we placed a deposit. Your TV ad's also make no reference to a compulsory delivery charge. This is misleading and unfair. When I questioned the Manager her response was "well it would make the sofa seem more expensive"....... .exactly!! We would not have considered the sofa at nearly £1000 including £99 delivery. I intend to inform consumer protection agencies and anyone considering a purchase from your stores. I doubt that I will receive any response from dfs so will follow up via your complaint dept.

I called in to Guildford store to look at a sofa I had seen online. I was met by Joshua, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, he explained everything really well, and I left having ordered the docs I wanted complete with the stain protection! Would definitely recommend. 10/10 5* service! Thank you!!

Megha was so friendly, helpful and patient considering she had never sold a bed before. We dropped into the store looking to see beds but was only sofas available to view. Megha took time to look at online options for us and showed us fabric samples as best she could to give us confidence to buy without physically viewing.
