Brilliant customer service
Adam provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process of choosing our sofa easy and stress-free. We never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer all our questions. We’re really happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend asking for Adam if you visit DFS. Thank you!
