We have had a 3 piece suite from DFS for 22 years it is only in the last few weeks a spring as gone in one of the chairs I think we have well had our moneys worth.Today we went back and bought another chair to replace the one with the broken spring.We were well looked after by Owen who was very helpful.

Showroom visit
I had plenty of time to look around and try the various sofas and chairs for comfort.
Aaron very quickly put me a quote together after I had made my decision on the style I preferred.
Very impressed with the layout of the showroom.

GREAT SERVICE
The service we had was second to none, we were not hounded as soon as we walked in; just welcomed in a friendly manor. When we decided we needed help, Sara/Zara (sorry not sure) was warm friendly and understood her customer, she got the fact we enjoyed banter, making it a very enjoyable shopping experience.

Fantastic chair, Great staff
Assistant asked a couple of times if I needed any help, but allowed me to browse in my own time
The staff were very friendly & pleasant, the shop nice & clean & displays set out well
I finally decided on a chair & was served by Aaron at the Leeds road Huddersfield shop
Arron was very efficient & friendly he explained things in clear detail, took the time to listen to any questions we had & was very sociable, we had a great chat about sofas etc
I left very happy
