We got in the store and someone was at us straight away my wife spoke too this person but I decided to look myself and found a different settee which we spoke to your representative about . Showed us an uploaded image on a bigger screen then we bought it .

Me & my husband visited the Huddersfield store twice as i was trying to choose sofas & couldn’t quite decide without re-visiting. Very impressed that there was no ‘pressuring’. Aaron(first visit) was there with info as and when we needed it. Same also from Maf(second visit) when we purchased sofas.(new girl who was learning was lovely too, very helpful and patient). Fun experience
I already knew what I wanted. The team (Rosa, and Mav) were great. Really friendly, took the time to listen to our questions and made suggestions that I hadn’t considered.
All in all, it was a great, relaxing and friendly experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the store (Huddersfield) and the staff.
