Very helpful staff who knew there stuff and where able to help with our specific subject size requirements

We have previously browsed in store and made our choices. The staff were wonderful , attentive and helpful. We liked that we were able to come home and continue to browse at our leisure. Purchasing on line was so quick and easy.

Plenty of time not rushed

sofas great price great delivery great (nice blokes)only thing is you promised to ring us on progress you NEVER rang us sent stupid texts and emails which we dont normally do were 80yrs and 70yrs old so other than that all ok so learn to actually SPEAK to people if you have time to type messages you have time to actually ring us

Staff very understanding of my requirments.
Due to LazyBoy having change the manufactuing base for production of the New LazyBoy could not ensure compatiblite with the Old design.
Resolved situation given this problem.

Excellent customer service from Loui. Really friendly , very polite and explained everything very thoroughly. He was not to pushy and had a very calm nature. He offered us a drink and went above and beyond in finding the perfect cushions to match our sofa and showing us our design on the computer.

Went in and ordered a corner sofa with lots of help only to come home to find it didn't quite fit(taken wrong measurements)quickly went back in and changed order they was very understanding and helped thankyou

went in to look at some riser recliner chairs a young lady asked us if we needed any help which we did she took us to some chairs and explained everything we needed to know, let us test them we decided to buy two chairs a recliner and a swivel we are very happy with the service and are looking forward to our delivery great price and great service thank you

Very relaxed no pressure to buy. Display in the store was excellent the suite I picked was on display and could check out the size and how the reclining seats worked. Buying was easy and interest free credit made all the better. Curtis the sales assistant was very good explained everything very well 👍
