Good service, staff member was very helpful.

We had a brilliant experience with Reece at DFS. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through the options with real patience and expertise.

Nothing felt like too much trouble, and he made the whole process smooth and actually enjoyable, which isn’t always the case when buying furniture.

Top service all round. And as a bonus, he also makes a seriously good coffee, which definitely didn’t hurt the experience.

The customer service was excellent in DFS at Kettering , A member of staff called Reece was especially very helpful and answered all my questions .

James who take us through the process of buying my sofa, he explained everything in a simple but very understandable. It only takes 20 mins to complete my purchase and everything went so well.

Dfs surprised me. Classy looking products. Staff that are informative without being pushy or irritating. Prices competitive.

Nigel is a lovely sales guy, friendly and informative but not pushy. My only negative is the high price for delivery and installation.

Salesman was very friendly and knowledgable, he found me exactly what I was looking for. We took out finance which was a quick and easy process.

Friendly helpful staff

Nigel, is a great salesman. He saw us enter the store, we knew what we wanted & he left us to look without 'pouncing' on us as soon as we walked through the door. I used to work in sales & I spotted immediately by the questions he was asking & how he was asking them, that he was trying to identify our needs/wants etc & he gave us all the features of the chairs we were looking at & straightaway realised what would & would not be a BENEFIT to us. So many 'pushy' sales people do not listen to what the customers wants & needs are, so all the gadgets & latest features in the world are no good for the customer, if they are no benefit to them. Nigel was excellent at demonstrating his articulate skills to obtain the information he needed from us, so we could make an informed choice. He showed us an alternative & left us to decide, which we did. Nigel also did a cracking job at 'upselling' us a rug & 2 cushions!! I have to hand it to him, he's good! We did actually NEED the rug & cushions so everyone was happy. His product knowledge base is current & extensive. Nigel is a credit to the Kettering store.😊
