A lovely guy called Colin he helped us so much especially with my partner who has spine problems talked through everything to us about what we wanted very happy and we could choose our own colour as well ,Colin was outstanding thankyou for helping us 10 out of 10 .

Excellent customer service - Kings Lynn store
We knew what sofa we wanted to look at in person, Aaron spoke with us within a few minutes of walking into store and let us know he was available should we need anything or have any questions. He then gave us space to work out what we wanted before we then went through our questions with him. He was knowledgable and gave great suggestions as well as listening to what we were looking for. All of this led to a great experience nailing down the specifics through to order. Excellent customer service
