Charlie was absolutely fantastic, she gave me several different options to choose from, from the description I gave her of the room size and colour. Nothing was any trouble and she was very knowledgeable of the furnishings that I bought.

What a fantastic experience i had buying a new sofa from DFS. A young lady named Madaliane sat with me and answered all my question multiple times because I'm a bit thick and hard of hearing. She went through everything from how to care for the sofa, all about how the recliners workd and all about the delivery. She didn't rush me at all, the sale progressed at a nice pace and I never once felt pressured into buying anything. I can't wait for it being delivered. Thank you DFS and Madalaine.

Colin was absolutely great, he showed us numerous sofas and explained everything in detail for us. We really felt in good hands with him and would recommend DFS to everyone!

The sale assistant was polite and knowledgeable, the whole process was smooth and straight forward.
Although I was slightly disappointed to learn that the settee was to be made in China, I cannot believe that the steel frame could not be constructed in the UK.

The guy came over and introduced himself was very polite and helpful he explained all that was relevant,
When I paid for the for the suite I unknowingly overpaid by £160,when both guys recounted it they realised my mistake and returned the money to me, well done lads.
