Excellent service provided by staff.
Lovely manner and prompt in dealing with our business. Never shopped in DFS previously, but will certainly do so in the future. Very pleased with the quality of your furniture and during these times it's nice to have value for money.

The staff were very helpful and informative. Gave us time and space to look around without hassle and offered great help.

I ordered my suite yesterday and the communication with Mackenzie at the store was second to none. He was very helpful and patient during many of my questions and decision making. It was easy to change the size over the phone after I remeasured when I got home.
Hopefully delivery and after sales will be as accommodating

David is very friendly and knowledgeable, it made the process smoother than anticipated. David thoroughly explained everything we needed to know, and made sure we understood the important points.

Nice shop layout , very nice selection, great staff input , Josh and Grant , not too pushy on our visits , great explanations of products , deliveries and the payments and the aftercare

Lewis served us at the Llantrisant store today and was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. We couldn’t fault the service! We came back for the second time to commit to the purchase, and it was nice that the staff remembered us visiting previously. They were attentive but respectful in letting us make decisions. We look forward to having our new sofas!

Assistant was well informed and all answered questions well. She was personable and helpful. She was not pushy and suggested discount I would be entitled to because of my disabilities.
She made shopping a pleasant experience.

Lewis was great.
He explained all the Finance options and even when we ordered the wrong sofa he went above and beyond to help us find the right one.

Lewis who served us today was absolutely great at his job. Let us look around, approached to offer help, then actually helped with our decision. Explained the various attributes that were available apart from those on display, eg different legs, no castors, different trim. Lewis really listened to what was important to us and made educated recommendations.
We bought the additional 5 year cover because of his ability to make us see the value in the product, without the hard sell.

Really helpful and friendly staff taking the time to show us various pieces. Even when we were between two choices there was no pressure or rush to decide.

We were left to walk around the store and try out the sofas which is what we wanted. Nothing was rushed and no one interrupted us. I felt relaxed the salesman was very patient a good listener with a houses of humour

10 out of 10, Dave was amazing! So helpful very informative, highly recommend Dave to anyone else visiting the shop!

Many thanks to Josh from DFS Llantrisant for first class service and our suite has now been delivered in under four weeks and we all absolutely love it.
So refreshing not to be served by pushy sales staff.

Our experience was excellent. The store was clean, organised and had a good flow to it. Our sales assistant Grant was exceptional and explained everything about the item down to the smallest detail. His product knowledge could not be faulted, he knew everything about each individual product. He was approachable, friendly and easy to talk to. He made us feel at ease and did not puy any pressure on us, could not fault the service. Highly recommend this store over the Swansea store. 10/10
