Victor was amazing, he helped us decide between the two options we liked. Recommend that the sofa we chose would fit the living room better as we could make it either left hand or right hand L shaped. we couldn't be happier with our purchase and couldn't fault Victor's customer service.

The gentleman who dealt with us was very friendly. Told us everything we needed to know about the suite we were considering buying.

We left feedback on here for our 7-day delivery which is now taking 16 days, their response was to blame their 3rd party delivery service which they have no control of - this was confirmed to be rubbish by their 3rd party delivery service as stated that DFS see exactly the same as they do with regards to stock - and the chair was out of stock and would be impossible to be delivered within 14 days nevermind 7 ! It stinks of saying anything to get the sale and admit after when you’re waiting for your suite ! Shame on you DFS, youre just salesmen making empty promises to get sales ! Youre own delivery service who you blamed agree with this as i wasnt the first and wont be the last, we asked DFS to change this claim on their website but they refused stating it was true ! We wont be returning to DFS ! Do they care - nope !

Our sales person Debbie was amazing. She took so much time with us. She doubled checked measurements, colours and styles to make sure everything was perfect for us. Really great experience.

The sales person was great, helped us choose the right suite for our needs, explained all the insurance options in detail and made us feel very comfortable
