Excellent Customer Service
The whole experience from start to finish was so relaxed, no pressure my Assistant was very helpful and patient nothing was any problem to her as I looked at many corner sofas, going backwards and forwards before I decided on the one I bought. She listened to what I wanted and gave excellent advice too. Well done! excellent customer service.

I had gone to many sofa company but at dfs I got the sofa i wanted and a looked and tried l think 70% of all the sofas with a lot of help from julie who was amazing very patient and went though everything to the point we picked and ordered sofas I wanted excellent customer service.

We have bought from DFS for over 40…
We have bought from DFS for over 40 years and have never been disappointed with the furniture and the service/after sales service. Our salesman Dennis was very helpful, informative, polite and understood what it was we were looking for and let us make our own decision on the purchase. It was a pleasure to do business with him.
