We made a second visit to the store to clarify and confirm our choices .No pressure to purchase , sound advice given hence a smooth purchase.

The DFS Customer advisor was very friendly, informative and helpful gave us great advice and made it pain free going through the process.

Amandeep (our sales person) was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to search for specific items without being asked, and ready to go that extra mile, again without being asked. Amandeep understood all needs, and made the whole experience a pleasure.

We planned to visit other sofa companies after DFS, but their incredibly welcoming and helpful staff made it unnecessary! We were given every assistance and support to enable us to choose our perfect suite in less than an hour!

As soon as I walked in to the building I was greeted by Giovanna, she was a breath of fresh air 😊 very polite and welcoming and made my experience not only fun and a laugh but also very easy and understanding. I would ask for her every time I visit and recommend her help to anyone
