Today I visited DFS store and was warmly greeted by all your staff members with a hello and a smile. I was helped by Samir. He made the experience very personal, helpful, knowledge and answered all my questions. He made the purchase easy by explaining and going through the process well. Thank you Samir

Staff were attentive, without being overbearing. Knowledgeble & helpful. Lots of sofas to choose from as well.

The guy who serve me explained everything in detail didn’t rush me at all gave me time to explain what I wanted he spent lots of time with me untill I was happy to proceed with my purchase he was very friendly and made me feel comfortable

We received great customer service by the friendly staff in the New Malden store. Very attentive staff and a lovely manager, he asked us what we were looking for and gave us some great advice and we purchased on the same day the sofa’s. We would definitely go back there for our next sofa’s.

The assistant was very helpful and informative, gave all the info required, very friendly and polite.

We were served by Mohamed who was extremely helpful about the stock and the various intricacies of the sofas we were interested in, he wasn’t at all pushy and was very polite, he made us feel welcome and was content in the fact that we were not interested in the add on insurance that came with it but did make us realise that the cups for the sofa feet was a good idea and so we purchased them also.
