Cally the young lady who helped us was absolutely first class couldn't fault her in any way.

Customer advisor was very helpful and polite advising all the options of different sofas and making us feel relaxed, offering a drink while we decided what to do next.

Simon was very friendly and polite/professional, explained all about the furniture.

The lady was very attentive and patient with us.

After 9 years, we decided to purchase a new sofa.
As we had bought our previous sofa from DFS that was the place to start.
We were welcomed by Natalia who was super helpful in every way.
We spent quite some time in the store looking at every option that may work for the space.
As we had a specific idea in mind, Natalia did not fail in helping us get exactly what we were looking for.
Her colleagues were also friendly and helpful and did not feel like we’re were pressured to buy.
Overall, a great experience and came away with what we went in for!

My Grandaughter and l went round the DFS Shop and picked out what we would like then the Salesperson, Richard, came and told me of the extras l could have with my order.
We discussed the information given, we chose what we wanted and paid in full the Cost we were given.

We went into the Norwich store today, and were given a helping hand by Callie (if that’s how you spell it) she was sweet and attentive to our needs as a growing family with a baby on the way, so we obviously wanted insurance and a cleaning kit for any anticipated accidents! She was so kind and helpful and we walked away so happy with our decision.. we cannot wait for our new sofa to come, and she assured it will definitely beat the arrival of the new addition to the family which was a main factor for us! Service was great, staff were lovely, and they assured all customer service will be easy and quick.

Nat was helpful explained all of the options for cushions, showed all the fabric choices, and offered stain treatments and care options. Explained delivery costs time scales and access requirements, pleasant, engaging and informative.

We came in a couple of weeks ago and she helped loads we then came back today to order and luckily she was in store to help us again and she basically remembered everything we discussed

The shop was well laid out with plenty of room to stroll through. The staff were lovely especially Dan who was so helpful and obviously loves his job. Nothing was too much trouble and really made us feel welcome.
