Pam was so helpful, iv been in and out several times with my eye on one particular sofa and she was so patient, no hard sell while I made up mind, great customer service.

Served by Earl who I found to be very polite, friendly, and informative in such a nice and relaxed atmosphere.

Very helpful staff member Ellie @ Nottingham, went above and beyond to help! Finding exact swatches and giving us more information regarding the sofa spec amd sizes.Explained everything in detail. Clearly gave us a run down of all the process. Very happy

Ellie was lovely. Very helpful but not pushy.

Libby is a fabulous sales person. She was incredibly helpful and showed me all my options for a sofa bed demonstrating how it opened and closed and all the fabric options. She gave me as much time as I needed and was not pushy at all. She was so good that when I went back to buy the sofa I specifically asked for her as she goes the extra mile and is friendly and makes the customer feel confident and informed.

This is the third occasion I have ordered sofas from DFS in Nottingham and each time the service has always been faultless. Earl was the salesman for all 3 purchases in 2015, 2018 and 2026 what an absolutely amazing member of staff and should be commended. I definitely would not go anywhere else - thank you

We recently bought a couch from DFS. The whole process was great, professional from the salespeople on the floor to the delivery team. They were courteous, professional, and such a pleasantly surprised experience.

Product i wanted to view was on line order only. Ellie took the time to find the leather swatches for my choice of 2 sofa's to narrow it down. She was enthusiastic(perhaps overly) and every question i had got answered. In terms of using the monitor to display the sofa i selected in the colour i wanted its perhaps better to have a warning since the lighting for those images would probably be enhanced & infact bore no resemblance to the swatch.
In terms of completing the review the instructions hinted that nothing less than a 9 would be of benefit, if this is what associates convey then how can they expect to receive genuine feedback, is this as a result of DFS culture?
