Service was friendly, polite and helpful. I was satisfied with the price paid.

We had such a lovely experience buying our sofa thanks to the American lady (so sorry we forgot your name as the process was so smooth and fast!) who helped us at DFS. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and she really took the time to help us find the perfect sofa. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you!

With Brian’s help we found exactly what we were looking for and in the right colour and material. We were also given great advice on how to care for it to keep it looking its best.

As a company to charge over £100 for delivery when you're spending over £2000 is not good enough.
However, saleslady today was very kind and lovely.

I had an excellent experience with the salesperson Matthew Soole in DFS Plymouth.

He listened carefully to what my quite specific requirements were for a sofa for my disabled son, and showed me many options.

His approach was friendly and kind, he did not come across as pushing for a sale which I really appreciated, and I was delighted that he found me a very suitable sofa for my son in the clearance section.

In addition Matt’s follow up support was also very good, as I needed to speak to him a couple of times about delivery.

I will definitely use DFS again and would like to thank Matt for providing such great customer service.

Everything is almost perfect apart from the price tags, I think it might help if both prices were shown with regard to the difference in the prices of the cushions, as to whether you have foam or fibre and what you show is the cheaper one of the two, which can be and I think is misleading.

This the 3rd set of furniture we have bought from DFS and have always been impressed with the quality and ease of purchases. Staff are POLITE (Liam was informative and explained everything) and helpful and don't hassle you when you are walking around the store.
