The lady called Rebecca in the shop in Plymouth was extremely helpful without being pushy. She was knowledgeable about the products and, because of this, was able to find us an alternative to our original choice which they didn't have in the colour we wanted. The delivery and finance was fully explained and easily arranged. Would definitely request Rebecca when we go back for the sofa Bed we like!

Greeted then allowed time choose. Assistant was very well informed and made sure that everything was correct before putting the order through.

Great help and really informative

We were welcomed by Helen & Brooke dealt with us. Helen offered up a hot drink. Brooke was so friendly and knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. A great asset to the team.
