Welcomed upon arrival by a smiling member of staff. Asked if we needed any help without being forceful.
Made us feel very welcomed.
When we eventually made a decision we had everything explained to us and the transaction went very smoothly.
Didn’t need to ask any questions because the staff member answered any that we had prior to us asking them.

Upon arrival, we knew exactly what we were looking for. Brian greeted us, we has a short chat and then he gave us space and time to look around before we committed to what we wanted. Had hot hot chocolate and latte while we wondered. He was friendly, informative without the overzealous sales push. That in some places, just puts you right off.

He made our sofa decision journey, a 5 gold star seller experience. Could not fault him.

the lovely lady who assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product i eventually purchased. answering any questions i had with a smile and nothing was too much trouble for her.
