Very helpful
Brian was very helpful when I was choosing new sofas. He showed me what the colours would look like on the big screen which was brilliant as they were more true than on the website.
He also gave me advice on the cushion fillings as well as the feet on the sofas and the eaziglides.
Overall a very good experience.

Really good experience!
We went in with a good idea of what we wanted but Liam was really helpful and answered all our questions making buying the sofa a really smooth and easy process! Bonus points that the store was so dog friendly and the staff were so lovely to our dog who liked the sofas as much as us! We are really pleased and looking forward to delivery day! Thanks again DFS team!

Great service
Ordered my sofa today so can't speak for delivery or anything else yet but my experience so far has been great. No pressure from staff while I was browsing, I wandered around for a long time sitting on many sofas, chatted with one employee while ordering, very friendly, great customer service, the whole experience has been very good so far.
