We were greeted by a lovely member of staff called Damien. Incredibly helpful and very patient with all of our questions. Gave us the time we needed to make out decisions and we bought a fantastic sofa!! Just waiting for delivery.

Customer service

Excellent customer service, Dan was very friendly and professional. He was not pushy, he showed us the options and went through all the information clearly, we were able to ask questions, offered us refreshments, all in all it was a very satisfying experience.

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door. We explained what we were looking for and pointed in the right direction. We were then left alone with no pressure at all to buy. We decided on a bundle and Sebastian came over to assist us. He went through every detail of the purchase with us and answered all of our questions. A very pleasant experience for a pricey shopping trip.

Had a very nice and friendly man that was dealing with us today . He was very knowledgeable about all that we asked him. Would highly recommend this store. And we even had a free hot drink ☕️

A sales lady called FRANCIS who made the whole experience so easy and fun. This lady responded well to various joking around by my elderly husband who said she could be his next wife as she was so nice. Wonderful to see a salesperson being human...not machine like. She had the patience of a saint, unlike the next store along who had a slightly pushy salesman. We left that store. Now to practicalities. DFS easy to identify along a parade of stores just outside Poole. Leval access to air condition store,lots parking directly outside, including disable spaces. Good store layout with offers of liquid refreshment and a loo....whilst testing the furniture. Reasonable array of alternative product colours available. We were offered various Combinations to suit our specific requirements. Staff around, but NOT pushy, just very informative and on hand if needed.

Had a great shopping experience in your Poole branch this morning. Unfortunately I’m terrible with names but the gentleman who served us answered all of our questions and explained all about different fabrics. He also explained all about care for our new furniture and showed as what colours were available in fabric we had chosen. Also there was a lovely lady who made us welcome fetched the gentleman who served us and then made us a really good cup of coffee and from me that’s praise as I’m fussy about coffee. Thankyou to both of them

Quite focused on trying to sell extras when we were clearly not interested. Express delivery is not very 'express' as it is a 7 week wait. Also delivery is quite expensive.

We found our experience in one of your Poole stores today to be very pleasurable and your staff [Frances] to be very helpful. Frances took her time to explain all options to us and was a breath of fresh air.

Very welcoming atmosphere with no one leaping on you to try and get a sale.
Layla saw us looking at a suite and asked if we needed any help. She very confidently showed us the two suites we were interested in and we looked at colour and material ranges. There was no hard sell or pressure and we were given plenty of time to choose our new suite. Layla covered everything in detail and we went away as happy customers, can't wait for our new suite to arrive.
