Exceptional customer service
Julian is an excellent sales rep who spent time explaining all the options and configurations with care and confidence and took time understanding our needs. He didn't pressure us to make a purchase in store and sent us a useful link to make the purchase at a later time. He's also been very quick to support us with query's post purchase. 10/10!

Spent 3k on a sofa, delivery was delayed and I got £170 parking fine from being in their car park

We are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing a delay with your furniture and we are really sorry to hear you received a parking fine. We understand that delays can be incredibly frustrating and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
The car parks are independently owned and there should be signposts advising the maximum time of stay. We would advise contacting the parking company directly should you wish to dispute this.

The staff were excellent, not pushy and didn’t follow you around but very helpful when you wanted information.

New sofa sorted
Amazing salesman helped me choose my first new sofa in a long time.
Went out of his was to make sure I was happy and everything was right and explain all about all the after care.very excited to have a brand new sofa on order.
Only tiny little negative was all the other add ons that they try push you to have , felt a tiny bit bombarded.

My experience with DFS Furniture.
Frances dealt with my request for a new sofa. She was absolutely amazing, very articulate and helpful throughout. I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision, it was like she genuinely wanted me to be happy with my choice. My order had to be adapted due to measurements recently, Frances helped through that process with confidence and the perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism. I am so excited about my future lounge, it is going to be stunning! Thank you Frances, also the rest of the DFS team, all so friendly and helpful.
