The salesperson ( Adil) was very professional and never pushy throughout the process. They took the time to clearly explain all the options that best suited our needs and gave us plenty of time to make our decision without any pressure. We really appreciated their patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Great service! Professional and friendly. We had the pleasure of buying two couches with Adil’s help at Romford branch and we felt like he was superb when it comes to customer service. Very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. We would definitely come back. The selection was good as well, we found what we were looking for in a decent price range.

Amazing sale Customer service and fantastic product

The staff member was friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help us get the right colour and material for the sofa we ordered. She explained all delivery details and checked sizing to get through the house which made us choose a slightly different sofa to come in sections which will fit through living room doorway.
I have bought from DFS before and would do so again.
I would recommend people to get there furniture there.

Went into DFS Romford today just to “have a browse” and ended up walking out having bought a sofa and rug thanks to the amazing customer service!

The team were so friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful without being pushy at all. They took the time to answer all our questions, helped us find exactly what we were looking for and made the whole experience really enjoyable and stress-free.
