The store was clean and the staff were very welcoming and polite! The Lady Nicola that helped us was so kind and caring and answered any and all questions that we had. She also sent us an email with all the info added so we could mull it over and order the sofa online when we got home.

Very excited for the sofa to arrive! You came highly recommended as my parents and grandparents both have DFS sofa’s!

I recently purchased a sofa from your store. While I am happy with the service provided by your staff, I was disappointed that no complimentary items were offered with my purchase. I was also charged separately for the cleaning product.

Just two days earlier, I purchased products from another store, and they provided several complimentary items, which made the overall experience much better.

Your staff were very helpful and courteous, and I appreciate their service.

The atmosphere when i walked into the store was welcoming, i was assisted by a knowledgeable and patient gentleman. he was very helpful and gave good product information to help with my choice.

We were impressed from the outset by the standard of service and the product knowledge of the salesman, Richard. We’d been searching for our ideal snuggle chair for some months and we’d already made our choice before visiting the store. However, Richard explained everything about the chair, the fabric, the care and maintenance and the guarantees, so we were confident we were buying a quality, hard-wearing product that we would enjoy for years. We are very happy and satisfied with our overall experience.

Richard was very helpful and knowledgable about the sofas in store. He went through everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable proceeding with the purchase. Lovely experience and a good brew!

We had a great experience at DFS Rotherham Parkgate today and Syda / Cida (not sure how to spell the ladies name, sorry) was absolutely great today. The main thing for me was she absolutely didn’t waffle on loads of sales dribble like far too many people do and annoy the hell out of you. She was lovely and just want you want in a sales assistant, very like minded. Would highly recommend. Thanks for our service today it was great
