Exceptional Customer Service – Highly Recommend!
I had an amazing experience at DFS today! I went in to buy a sofa and footstool and was greeted by Maddie, who was honestly fantastic. She was incredibly professional, super friendly, and so knowledgeable — without being even slightly pushy, which I really appreciated.
Maddie talked me through the whole process from start to finish, making everything feel easy, clear, and stress-free. The whole transaction was quick and smooth, and I walked away having bought exactly what I wanted. The 0% finance option was the cherry on top and made the decision even better.
I felt genuinely well looked after and cared for, and I left knowing exactly what I’m getting — no doubts, no worries, nothing left to think about at all. Brilliant service from start to finish. Highly, highly recommend!!

Great customer service from Bob, explained all our questions we asked and was was patient with my dad who is elderly, was offered refreshments and didnt feel pressured into buying, we went away for a few days to think about what we wanted then went back and bob completed the sale for us. Thank you
