Delivery booked for Sunday . Had time slot . Got a call to say the sofa is not on the vehicle and needs to be found . No contact from the warehouse on the Monday . Spoke to zendesk chat . Cannot give me an update . Cannot get a delivery refund . Got to wait up to 3 days for a response and sat on the floor with no sofa . Shocking service .

Sally and Bob were amazing . Both extremely helpful . So happy with our purchase

The gentleman sales person. Didn’t crowd me,allowed me to look inpeace although was at hand if I had any queries. In fact t all the staff were very friendly too.

Maddie was a great help today . She acknowledged us when we came in and then left us to look around. She was never far from us if we needed help . She gave great advice and talked us through all the options.
We finally made our minds up and made the purchase . Big thank you to Maddie from the Rugby store.

Plenty of choice in a well laid out shop. The sales lady was not pushy was was available when required. She was able to answer all of our questions in a pleasant and professional manner, and ordering our choice was a breeze

Bob was really helpful and checked measurements carefully to reassure the delivery will go well. He was patient whilst we swapped between colour choices and made the purchase easy, thanks!

We went into the Rugby store and we were greeted by Georgia , she was brilliant and not at all pushy but answered all our questions professional.
We also had to return later as I needed help to get into the documents. she again helped me through the process.
Once again a big thank you to Georgia.

Visited the DFS rugby store to buy a sofa. We were very happy with the selection of sofas and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We found a sofa that was in the sale which was a bonus. We were served by Maddie who was very helpful and she went through the ordering process which was very easy and straightforward. She made sure we understood everything and that we had a good service from her, which included not being rushed which I was very grateful for.
This is our third purchase from DFS and wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again and would recommend Maddie to anyone to help them.

Ms Brown was positive throughout the process. She clearly explained and clarified any questions asked. She was very experienced and knowledgeable about the products and Company. She appeared open and interested in my purchase. I would definitely recommend dfs based on my experience.

Very excited to receive my sofa and foot stool. Service was excellent without being too sales-y.

Made 2 previous visits to look for 2 sofas and ordered swatches. On both occasions staff were very helpful. My last visit was to ask a few questions before making a decision. The sales lady was able to answer all of my questions, plus giving me a few more details. I ordered 2 sofa and await their delivery.
