Service was great
Service was great, was approached by your newest colleague who was on his first day on shopfloor very polite and helpful.
Due to him not having codes to accept and process any sales a young lady came over to help and show him, again all great.

No hard sell - brilliant service
Ella at the Shrewsbury store was really helpful with no hard sell. She created an online basket for us so we didn’t have to travel back to the store once we made the decision on the colour we wanted, this was more convenient for us and greatly appreciated.

Staff introduced herself and pointed me to the recliner chairs and left us to browse. Asking every now and then asking if we were okay. Explained all the options for paying etc Her name was Ella she was so friendly and helpful

Went in to have a look at a sofa we saw online and was met by Helen. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sofa we wanted ordered right away she went above and beyond nothing was to much trouble for her if you need a new sofa or any other furniture go see Helen

A successful visit to DFS Shrewsbury
We visited the Shrewsbury store with no firm intent to buy. However, we saw a suite to our taste, and then met Jon, who professionally helped us to make a purchase. Jon was most helpful, considerate and clear in all his observations, and we appreciated his thoughtful assistance.
