Made us comfortable and were able to ask questions

I've just purchased a sofa from DFS at Shrewsbury and had a fantastic experience. Helen, the store assistant, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and made us feel completely comfortable asking as many questions as we needed.
It’s great to see that dfs has such wonderful staff who genuinely care about their customers. Helen truly went above and beyond—she was an absolute star!

We were/are returning customers to your Shrewsbury store. As replacement furniture isn't something that one buys very often it was good to go directly to a reliable firm we had previous experience of. A warm and postive greeting with help locating reclining settees and chairs. Then we were left to browse with absolutely no pressure selling or indeed someone 'hovering' and making us uneasy. We chose fairly quickly and were then served professionally and clearly. We were assured the furniture we chose would fit through our small doorway as the settee - in particular - dismantled for delivery - a significant relief. We were given a magnificent cappacino - much better than some high street cafes!

I am sorry I cannot remember the lady's name who so kindly helped us and made the experience a joy and not mundane.

Great, friendly service from Helen who advised on all options without pressurising or rushing us. We can’t comment on the delivery or product yet but if it’s the same level as what we had in-store then this will be a 100% great experience

Visited the Shrewsbury store to purchase some furniture for our son, Stuart (in his pink polo, apparently we share a love all of polo’s of all colours) was our first point of contact, he discussed some options with us as we were a little undecided on colour/style etc. Once we had decided on the preferred sofa of choice we were then dealt with by Ella, she was great, very humorous and guided us through the whole payment process really well (no pressure selling, just very informative). Very relaxed purchase and it was actually quite enjoyable.
