Amazing customer service from start to finish. The young lad that was helping us was very helpful and not pushy in any way. He was able to answer any questions we had. He was very professional. I would highly recommend using and wouldn’t think twice about going back.

After a short chat where she explained all options and answered any questions I had I was able to make a selection and place my order. Overall great service.

Visited 3 times, To choose the right suite..Georgia greeted us each visit with a friendly Hello and a smile, No pressure selling just great customer sevice . Georgia was really helpful pleasant and knowledgeable of the products. Went out her way via email to help us with measurements even on her rest day.. we finally picked the right sofa after 3 visits we would have struggled without Georgia's Assisstance and patience so a massive thank you to Georgia. And DFS You have the right person doing a very good job.

The Ventura is the best cinema sofa on the market. It is so well constructed and extremely comfortable. Georgia in the Stirling store was very helpful. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and was very clear and consise. She was a delight to deal with.
