Ventura best cinema sofa on…
The Ventura is the best cinema sofa on the market. It is so well constructed and extremely comfortable. Georgia in the Stirling store was very helpful. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and was very clear and consise. She was a delight to deal with.

We had such a lovely experience at the DFS Stirling store. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. The young lady who served us was absolutely fantastic she was friendly, approachable, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions, gave us honest advice, and helped us find exactly the kind of couch we were looking for without ever making us feel pressured.
She really made what could have been a stressful decision feel easy and enjoyable. It’s not often you come across customer service like that, she is a real credit to the DFS Stirling team. We’d happily recommend DFS to anyone and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for such a positive experience!

I had a great experience today in Stirling, never having owned or even sat in a recliner before, I was given all the help and time I needed to make my decision. I couldn’t have been looked after better. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, excellent customer service, I could not fault anything a fabulous experience all round, I would highly recommend.
