Fantastic Customer Service from Ateeq at DFS Stockton. Very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere to browse. Not pressurised by staff whilst browsing but Ateeq was on hand when we asked for assistance. All staff very pleasant but Ateeq in particular stood out to us as a very knowledgeable, approachable, friendly person happy in his job. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and guided us through our purchase skilfully. A pleasure doing business.

Atiq was our customer service representative today. He was very helpful and cooperative. He understood what we needed and guided us to the best. Whole shopping experience was really good.

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Michael in particular was extremely helpful, therecwas no 'hard sell' and he was genuinely interested in what we wanted, gave us plenty of time to try out all the sofas and also suggested suitable alternative options for us to consider. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name that helped us but he was super friendly and very helpful. He recognised me from the day before when I had been in the shop and helped me pick and finalise my sofa. Great experience and service

This is our 2nd time buying from DFS , the service we received was excellent, the member of staff who helped us ,he was so helpful & knowledgeable he gave us lots of helpful tips to keep sofas pristine.

We entered the shop after a couple minutes we were approached by Warren and asked us if we needed help. We told him what we were looking for a shown us where to find the bed. After couple minutes of looking around Warren came over to us We asked him a few questions to which Warren provided the information we tested the beds and had a chat with Warren He was very knowledgeable we agreed on a mattress. Warren completed the sale with professionalism We had a friendly chat about life. What a gentleman he was A credit to DFS. Thank you Warren.
