We came in to the store and was made very welcome. A member of staff came up and helped us thought the process of our purchase. She was very friendly and helpful, everything was explained and a clear manner. It was very straightforward.

Darren was very helpful right from our first visit to DFS, he helped to make sure the sofa we wanted would work in the room. He wasnt pushy and actually advised we dont order the sofa yet as didnt have a moving date. On our second visit we asked Darren for help again. He spent alot of time with us, moving rugs and coffee tables from around the store so we could see how it would work with our new sofa and nothing was to much trouble. He was very helpful and definitely made our sofa shopping experience alot easier.

The staff were very helpful in making sure I got the best deal for what I was looking for and explained how to look after the material of my chosen sofa.

The staff in the Torquay store were knowledgeable and gave great customer service. Particularly our sales person Darren, he really seemed to care thay we got the right furniture for our needs. Thank you, we will be back in the future.

Very friendly and asked if we needed help and we said we were just looking at the moment. Kept interacting with us but not pushy.

Communication

Went into DFS Torquay, knew what we wanted and within 30 minutes order was placed after member of staff showed us all details of furniture we picked.
Excellent service so well done to Lilly and Darren for their help.

Brilliant service

We were very welcomed, there is no hard selling, the experience is totally about what your needs are for your furniture.. we were supported by Lily, she has expert knowledge , she was super patient with us and we were very comfortable and happy with the whole experience. Five stars for Lily and five stars for a great company.. we have had many pieces of furniture from DFS including garden furniture which has all been strong and long lasting. With grateful thanks….

The salesperson, Lily, was pleasant friendlyand not at all pushy. She was knowledgeable and answered all our questions well. Our shopping experience today was excellent.

This is about purchasing our sofas not delivery when it happens or aftersales service, if it's unfortunately needed. However, saying that the sales staff when we went to look at their stock were helpful and informative. The staff member that actually dealt with us when we went to buy the sofas was extremely professional, helpful and never rushed us at all.
